Awww, yeah. Mad props to Woo-jin. Easily one of the creepiest villians of all time. He's a scholar of sorts, and likes to get masked up, gas your room, and watch you while you sleep. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 7 being the creepiest, he's about a 6.5.
